Our Building Inspection Report
The comprehensive, detailed and easy to follow report is over 44 pages, full of relevant material relating to the property inspected with suggestions on preventative maintenance, useful information and illustrations, also numerous documented digital photographs. Each report is different and tailored to suit the particular property inspected. Number of pages in the report depends on building size and problems found.
The report is designed to give you the information you require to make an informed decision on the property purchase based on an accurate assessment with digital photos to back it up and may help you negotiate a better purchase price with the vendor, if any significant problems are found that you were not aware of before signing the contract.

On completion of the inspection we will provide consultation (on site or over the phone) and if required, the most economical suggestions on extensions, renovation and/or rectification of defects found. Digital photos are taken of significant problems if necessary also to show areas accessed.
